Welcome to my blog! Each week I will try to post a weekly memo to let you know what is happening in our little world at FFHS. Two week of school has flown by and the Grade 7 students are settling into routines very nicely.
FYI:
Monday: Instrumental Music will start next week. Student Council Meeting at 11:30 for our new reps: Joelle, Jake and Emily B.
Tuesday: Physical Education (please bring clothing to change into)
Wednesday: Art (wear clothing that you can paint in – watercolours) and Physical Education
Thursday: Instrumental Music will start next week.
Friday: Physical Education. Homecoming – FOOTBALL GAME!! Our classes may go down and watch some of the football game as a class.
Library – We will be going to library once a week…schedule is not quite finalized yet!
Things to bring to school:
Verification forms needed from #226 homeroom: Kendall, Marcus, Paige, Brodie and Tira. If your child did not bring an individualized form home for you to check over and sign, you can call the FFHS main office at 274-7747 and request another one.
Off-Site Physical Education Consent Forms: On some occasions, our class will be going to the soccer field/baseball fields for physical education. Please sign the consent form and return it to the school. If you child did not bring one home, I will send another one on Monday.
Indoor shoes/change of gym clothing: Students are required to have indoor running shoes for the gym and are encouraged to change during gym.

My homeroom (Mrs. Petsnick) is room #226 and Mr. Ogden’s homeroom is #227. Please refer to the list below to see which subjects will be taught by which teacher:
